Reminder: City and HOA Rules for Neighborhood Events

I wanted to take a moment to remind everyone of the City of Celina’s code of ordinances regarding neighborhood and special events. For any questions or clarification please reach out to the city directly lifeconnected.celina-tx.govThe upcoming Diwali celebration would be considered a block party or neighborhood event. Please note that the HOA does not sponsor religious events, and all gatherings must comply with City regulations (link below) and HOA regulations.

Guidelines:

1. City permits are required
2. Events must not block driveways, sidewalks, or streets.
3. HOA common or shared spaces may not be blocked or reserved.
4. Fireworks and NOT permitted.
5. All trash must be properly disposed of – please do not leave any debris in streets, sidewalks, common areas, or private property.
6. All celebrations must be concluded by 9:00 p.m.
7. Please be respectful of private property- entering another resident’s property without permission is considered trespassing.
