Road Closure Information

I would like to inform you of construction and street closures expectedApril 14 - May 2, 2025. The Prosper middle school development adjacent to Wellspring Estates will be upgrading the sewage utilities. I wanted to make you aware of the planned construction as it may interrupt the normal traffic patterns in Wellsprings Estates.

The intersection of Arbor Vista & Mill Pond Drive will be as follows. The signs will be installed on Monday 4/14. Arbor vista concrete will be saw cut and removed. Tuesday, 4/15 they begin excavation to connect to the existing sanitary sewer manhole that is directly in the center of Mill Pond and Arbor Vista. From 4/15 to roughly 4/22 they will be installing new 8” sanitary sewer pipe from the manhole to the east towards the new middle school. On 4/23 they will begin testing the line, once that passes, they will begin preparations for pouring back Arbor Vista. BY 4/25 they anticipate having the street poured back but still blocked off. This concrete will need to be cured for 7 days before they can allow vehicle traffic on top of it. Date of 5/2/2025 is when traffic control would be removed.

The total duration of the street closure will be from 4/14 to 5/2.
