Courts New Lock

Published: August 16, 2024

The pickle ball, tennis, and basketball courts are an amenity for Wellspring Estates homeowners and a fun way to stay active for all ages. We have experienced several damaged items that have been difficult to repair due to the extent of damage. Please help keep our courts free of trash, vandalism and overall pride in our community. The erosion around the courts has been addressed and a landscape plan is in development.

The court net has been repaired as well as the gate lock entry. The code to enter the courts has not changed. 1911 will open the door. The hinge to the door will be replaced as soon as the shipment is received. At that point we may change the code to prevent outsiders using the courts. A few guidelines to help keep the courts in good repair and low maintenance cost to the homeowners.

  • NO Bikes, skateboards, roller blades. These lead to scuffing off the finish on the courts as well as leave dents in the concrete that will begin to chip away.
  • Please do not share the code with friends outside Wellspring Estates.
  • Share the courts, if you have played a full match allow others to play. Be courteous.
  • Trash, please throw away all trash in nearest cans or take home to dispose of. (A trash can is on order and will be installed outside the fence)
  • Please DO NOT sit on the nets or adjust. The cables are sensitive to over tightening and will break if weight is applied. This is a costly repair.
  • Cameras are installed at the courts and any future damage will be charged back to the homeowner responsible.

Thank you for your help in keeping the community in good condition.
