Courts and Parking

The tennis/pickle ball courts are an amenity for Wellspring Estate homeowners. The courts are private and for the use of Wellspring Estates homeowners ONLY! Recently we have experienced damage to the nets and vandalism to the gate code lock as well as broken glass bottles and trash being left on the courts. The security company that installed the lock has provided a solution to the issues of vandalism to the lock. This will take a few weeks to schedule a welder to install a plate to cover the lock and easy access to reach around and open the door.

To protect our community from further expenses we have locked the fence with a bicycle lock in hopes of keeping out no residents. This is a temporary, trial and error attempt to keep out trespassers and to prevent further costly damages. The bike code BASS; please lock the door when leaving the courts.

Additionally, the end of the school year increases the number of parties in the community. Please remind all drivers that blocking a driveway or sidewalk is illegal. This is a city ordinance and is enforceable with fines and towing. If you are hosting a party, please keep this in mind.
