Greetings Wellspring Estates Homeowners:
With the Summer months ahead, we are all outside more often and its up to us to do our part to keep the community beautiful and clean.
A few points to keep in mind:
1. Exterior of homes and yards should be kept clean and free of miscellaneous items.
2. Regular weed control in flower beds, grass, and tree wells.
3. Regular lawn mowing, edging, and trimming.
4. All trash cans and recycle bins should be out of view.
5. Remember parking on the street overnight, parking commercial vehicles, parking in front of fire hydrants and 30 feet from stop sign is not permitted.
6. *Remember to submit ALL acc request form for any exterior modification made to the home. Including landscape. For ACC request please visit the website: wellspringestateshoa.com
